We are happy to arrange factory visits for customers, so they can feel reassured about the quality and capacity of our manufacturing units.Site visits are especially necessary in the case of new product development.

Product samples can be air freighted to customers for display at head office, for use on exhibition stands or for photography in brochure production.

Customers sometimes ask us to tailor products so that they have something unique to offer. We are happy wherever possible to support customers in their marketing.

Our original manufacturing base in Indonesia can produce and apply product wrapping so that items are display ready. Designs can be prepared by the customer or by our packaging company. PKF then deals with any queries and ensures materials are supplied on time for finishing before shipment.

PKF aims to keep abreast of market changes and to respond by developing new products ahead of its competitors. For example, we believe PKF was the first company to develop an engineered, decorative fire door and is currently working on energy efficiency rated external doors.

PKF provides ongoing support and after sales service. For example doors shipped to the Middle East for the first time took us into a new and challenging territory. The intense heat stressed the doors but we have worked on site with both the customer and the factory to create the right materials to cope in this environment.
